Our workshop engineers will look at any home electricals, regardless of age, brand or condition. We see everything from LCD TVs, to 20 year old portables and video cameras to power adaptor cables comming through our door. Our reputation for quick turn around time is second to none with many repairs turned around in a matter of just afew days whilst most repairs are still taken care of within a week. So for fast service we are your first port of call!

All work Guaranteed

Any repair work undertaken comes complete with a 90 day guarantee. So if any item that we have repaired for you should develop a fault which is caused by either a faulty component fitted by us or faulty workmanship on our part, within 90 days of the unit being repaired we will fix the fault free of charge!

Call and Collect service

We understand that not everyone has the transport, the strength or the time to be lugging a great big 32" TV down to our shop which is why we operate a callout, collect and return service. Wherever you are within Linoln and the surrounding villages, we can callout, disconnect all your equipment and collect your goods for workshop repair then when the work is all done, deliver it back and re-install with the rest of your kit all back how it was. And if you've got another TV you wanted to use in place of your normal set then we can set that up for you as a temporary measure. And we don't make any extra charges for this service until your unit is repaired and back in your home.

Loan service 

For those who don't want to be left without a TV whilst yours is in repair, we also offer a loan TV service where you can use one of our loan sets for a one off charge of £6 for as long as your set is in for repair. If you've made use of our callout service then we'll even deliver the loan TV out to you and tune it in and connect it to your existing equipment. Our loan sets are 21" TVs with remote control, some with teletext and at least one SCART socket for connecting any DVD players or Video recorders, SKY box etc. If you require something in a different size please ask and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Service Charge

Upon either you bringing your goods in for repair or us callout out to collect your equipment we will collect the service charge part of the repair costs, that is £40 for most items, £60 on LCD,  Plasma TVs and Camcorders then £20 for some smaller items like VHS recorders and DVD players etc. This amount will then come off your final bill. As ever we will always try to contact you in any case where we think the repair is going to be costly or if we need to order speicalist parts for the repair of your item, just to make sure you're 100% happy for us to go ahead.

Of course there are times when our inspection reveals that the repair costs would be too great to be viable as an economical repair and the odd case where a unit is completely beyond anything but the scrap heap. But do not dispair, all is not lost. If you don't want us to go ahead with a repair we've quoted your for, or the unit is deemed beyond economical repair or even beyond repair all together then part of your deposit can count as payment towards a replacement item bought new from our showroom!
